Having to go farther to repair typewriters now, since the repairmen are getting scarce, I have four wonderful old machines ready to share… The LPVBF producer, Cynthia discovered my passion for Typewriting and invited me to provide this unique and creative activity at the 9th Annual Leimert Park Book Fair. I’m thrilled, in a librarian sort of way.
Come on out this Saturday, August 1st , 2015 from 12-4 pm at Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza. Due to road construction, it is at the mall this time. (That air conditioning might be just right thing!) These antique typewriters for public use is free.
